1. Description of Service

StampBoost provides a QR-based digital loyalty system for businesses.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

The Service is provided as a technical tool only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring staff and authorized users follow these Terms

StampBoost is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• Designing and managing their loyalty programs
• Reward fulfillment
• Customer communication
• Compliance with consumer protection and local regulations

StampBoost acts only as a technical service provider.

We are not responsible for disputes between merchants and their customers.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

StampBoost operates on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Misrepresent your business identity
• Interfere with the operation or security of the system
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Account Suspension for Fraud or Investigation

We may suspend or restrict access to your account immediately if we reasonably suspect:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the system
• Misleading promotions
• Chargeback abuse
• Activity that may expose StampBoost to legal or financial risk

During investigation, access to your account or data may be temporarily restricted.

We are not liable for business losses resulting from such suspension.

We reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts involved in confirmed abuse or fraud.

8. Data Responsibility & Service Availability

While we implement reasonable security measures, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

9. No Business Guarantee

StampBoost does not guarantee:

• Increased revenue
• Customer retention
• Business growth
• Specific commercial outcomes

You assume full responsibility for business decisions made using the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StampBoost from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your loyalty program rules
• Disputes with your customers
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity under your account
• Violation of applicable laws

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StampBoost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to StampBoost in the previous three (3) months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraud or abuse
• Legal or compliance risk

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of StampBoost after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
