Refund Policy

StampBoost operates on a subscription model.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing according to your selected plan.

1. No Automatic Refunds

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Downgrades during an active billing cycle

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not prorate or issue partial refunds for early cancellation.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

We may review billing issues and, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if appropriate.

4. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

We encourage you to contact support to resolve billing concerns quickly.
